I am using PSP 12 but any version should work!

We are using the amazing art of  Russell Platt You must have a license to use this tube. Russ’s tubes can purchased at UpYourArt  for only $0.60!!!
Twilight Forever by DigiMania found HERE  for only 60 cents!!!! I LOVE this kit!  Thank you Lisa!
We will be using:
Moon, Glitter, Frame 5, Paper 3, Love Charm 2, Frame 5, Forever (word),

**After you use each element close it so you have a clean workspace.
Font of choice, I used MeaClupa.
Okay, let’s get started!
*Open a canvas 600 x600 flood fill white, we will delete this layer later.
*Copy your glitter past as a new layer, move to the upper left.  Duplicate, flip, duplicate mirror, duplicate flip, so now you have 4 layers!  Rearrange to your liking.
*Paste element (the moon) as a new layer, move to upper right being careful to not place it outside of workspace.
*Apply your frame as a new layer, rotate right, 90, add drop shadow.
*With your selection tool hand select the frame making sure to extend beyond the inner part of the frame.  Add new layer.
*Copy your paper and paste INTO selection, select none move down one layer.
*Return to the top layer.  Copy your tube, paste as a new layer, resize 75%, add a drop shadow.
*Copy your black flower, paste as new layer, resize 75%, move to bottom right, duplicate, move to the left, duplicate, resize 75% move down, positioning so it is between and lower than the other two.  Add faint white drop shadow.
*Add the “Forever” element as a new layer, move to bottom left, add white drop shadow.
*Add Love Charm 2, resize 60% move to upper right, add white drop shadow.
*Reposition anything you need adjusted, x out the bottom white layer, merge visible.
*select all, float, crop to selection.
*Add copyright, URL, and your license number.
*Using Mea Culpa add your name. I used size 72 Bold, white with dark purple, then a dark red gradient glow.
You are done, YAY
